The competition 

• These are the full terms and conditions that apply to NEW SITE PRIZE DRAW COMPETITION. 
• The Promoter of this prize promotion is Vieve Limited of 4 Ching Court, Monmouth Street, London, WC2H 9EY. 
• We are offering a prize pot totalling £50 GBP / $60 USD worth of credit for 10 customers to shop online at www.vieve.co.uk or www.vieve.us - see below on how to enter. 

How to enter 

• The competition will run from Thursday 20th July 2023 (the "Opening Date") to midnight on Thursday 3rd August 2023 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. 
• All customers who create or re-activate their account on the new vieve.co.uk or vieve.us site will automatically entered into the prize draw.    
• All winners will be selected at random and will be notified via email from hello@vieve.co.uk by week commencing Monday 7th August 2023.
• If a winner does not respond to the promoter within 5 working day of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 
• The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails support@vieve.co.ukor writes to 4 Ching Court, Monmouth Street, London, WC2H 9EY, enclosing a self-addressed envelope within one month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter support@vieve.co.uk In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 
• By submitting a competition entry, whether before or after the Closing Date, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions 
• On entering the competition you waive all moral rights in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world. 
• By submitting a competition entry, whether before or after the Closing Date, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Vieve will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost or delayed in upload, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any technical malfunction, network, server, hardware or software failure of any kind. 
• Vieve will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy policy: www.vieve.co.uk/privacy-policy. See also clause 5 with regard to the contacting and announcement of winners. 

Eligibility 

• You must be aged 16 or over in order to enter the competition. 
• You may not enter the competition if you are: 
• A Vieve employee; 
• An employee of an agent or supplier of Vieve, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or a member of the immediate families or households of the above.

Limitation of liability 

• Insofar as is permitted by law, Vieve, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Vieve, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

General 

• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Vieve may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition. 
• Vieve reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so. 
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Vieve Limited of 4 Ching Court, Monmouth Street, London, WC2H 9EY.

2. The prize draw is open to all entrants of the VIEVE VIP Survey aged 16 years or over who register their email address, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

4. All entries must be submitted via the VIEVE VIP Survey on Google Forms. To enter you must:

5. The opening date for entries is 09:00 BST on Thursday 24th August 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 BST on Thursday 7th September 2023. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted owing to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind.

7. A winner will be chosen by random draw, performed by an automated computer process by Tuesday 12th September 2023 after the draw has closed.

8. The winner will receive a bundle of VIEVE’s products worth over £100 in the post.

9. The winner will be notified by email before 15th September 2023. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 2 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

10. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

11. The prizes are supplied by the promoter subject to the winner supplying a valid address for delivery.

12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails support@vieve.co.uk or writes to 4 Ching Court, Monmouth Street, London, WC2H 9EY, enclosing a self-addressed envelope within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter support@vieve.co.uk In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. 18. The prize draw will be governed by English law. Entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

4. All entries must be submitted via Instagram. To enter you must:

 4.2 Tag a name your three favourite VIEVE products and tag three friends in the comments of 08.11 Instagram post.

5. The opening date for entries is 9:00 GMT on Wednesday 8th November 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 14:00 GMT on Thursday 9th November 2023.  Entries received after this time will not be accepted. 

6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted owing to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind.

7. 1 winner will be chosen by random draw, performed by an automated computer process on Thursday 9th November after the closing time.

8. The winner will receive their nominated three products for both them and the three users they tagged, unless otherwise stated.

9. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram from @vievemuse before Friday 9th November 2023. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 2 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

10. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
